✅ 1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:


The goods received are significantly different from the specifications stated in the sales agreement.


The shipment arrives damaged or with evidence of mishandling during transportation.


There are significant quality discrepancies, confirmed by inspection or third‑party verification.


Time Limit:


The buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods if any issue is identified.


The claim must be supported by clear photographs, inspection reports, or other relevant evidence.

Upon acceptance of the claim, Blue Export will initiate a refund process as per the agreement between both parties.


Refunds are calculated based on the quantity of goods affected, excluding shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Products must be kept in their original packaging and original condition upon return.

Blue Export is not liable for delays or damage caused by external parties such as shipping lines, customs, or weather-related events.
